Bungalow Collection

I realize I'm a little slow in posting about Bungalow. It would be an understatement to say it's been a while since I last posted on this blog. When Joel was in the process of updating the website several weeks ago he casually looked up at me and said, “Wow. Did you know it's been two years since you last updated the blog?” Then, before I could defend my utterly neglectful work status, he looked over at our 18-month-old son, Landon and said, “And that would be the reason why.”

Yep. Having child number five completely upended my world for the past two years. I'm just now feeling like I might finally be able to manage adding back in some regular work hours that don't consist of all things child-rearing or housekeeping.

Joel's new Bungalow collection has been taunting me ever since we received our advance yardage. I have so many projects in my mind that I want to sew, but life keeps getting in the way of my plans!

Here's a peak at the Bungalow quilt Joel designed. It's my absolute favorite! Check back for the free pattern and instructions, which will be posted next week.

For now, to celebrate the return to our blogging world, we are giving away four fat quarter bundles from Bungalow. Two bundles each of the Bramble and Honeysuckle colorways will be given to four, lucky winners at the end of next week. That is if anyone happens to see that we've updated this site! Post a comment below to enter.

Live inspired! Joel & Laurie Dewberry
